At OptimusTeaSaga.com, we value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the perishable nature of tea, we offer limited return and refund options as outlined below.
Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

You received the wrong product.

The item was damaged in transit.

The package was tampered with or unsealed on delivery.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

The product is unused and in its original packaging.

You provide a clear photo or video showing the issue.

Refunds
Once your return request is approved:

A full or partial refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

In some cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit instead of a monetary refund.
Non-returnable items

Opened or used tea products.

Items returned without prior communication and approval.

Orders where incorrect address was provided by the customer.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
