Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.
During high-demand seasons or sales, processing may take longer. We will inform you in such cases.

Free Shipping: For orders above ₹599

If you haven’t received tracking information within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact us.

6. Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit:

Contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date.
For damaged products, please share unboxing video/photos for prompt resolution.

We will assist in raising a complaint with the courier and offer a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
